Nik's father was Croatian, and the Adriatic has always been part of the story. Today we take small groups to the tables, vineyards and family kitchens of Croatia, Bosnia and Greece, with the same slow, personal approach we use at home in Iceland.

Had a great time on this trip! The boat ride out was wonderful and the captain was kind enough to keep moving to find the best view of the Northern Lights based on the movement of the clouds. We were able to capture wonderful photos of the Northern Lights! The dinner felt very personal and was definitely worth the value!

This was a great experience. The weather changed some of the plans but the pivot was still something we would have paid the same price for. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we felt like we learned a lot about the history of Iceland during the trip. The night ended with a very personal dinner for the group and everyone was very fulfilled with the meal and the day. Highly recommend this trip!
